Introducing The Vine: The community for AI-pioneering enrollment professionals who are shaping the future of higher education

Learn more

Enrollment leaders don't lack information. They lack people solving the exact same problem, at the exact same time, who they can just ask.

That gap is wider right now than usual. AI is reshaping how campuses recruit, communicate, and operate, and most of the playbook for doing it well is still being written in real time. Conferences happen once a year. Vendor webinars talk at you. There's no standing place to trade notes with peers who are living the same shift you are.

That's why we built The Vine.

What members get

The Vine is a community for higher ed professionals who are exploring, implementing, and leading with AI on their campuses. It's built around a few things members told us they were missing:

Curated conversations, matched to your role and the problems you're actually working on, not a generic feed

A community-built playbook of tactics, strategies, and frameworks pulled straight from practitioners, not vendors

Tailored events, including webinars, exclusive sessions, and live programming shaped by what members are asking

Built by the people it's for

The Vine launched with a founding board of eight enrollment leaders, from institutions including the University of Denver, John Carroll University, and the University of Portland. They helped shape the community from day one.

Hanna Rodriguez-Farrar of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute put it simply: "CollegeVine is creating a real community in higher ed. That sense of community is where the magic really happens."

Who it's for

The Vine is built for VPs and AVPs of Enrollment Management, Directors of Admissions and Recruitment, enrollment operations leads, CRM and enrollment technology owners, and enrollment marketing leaders. If that's you, and you're figuring out where AI fits into your work, this is the room for that conversation.

Coming soon: dedicated groups for advancement, academic affairs, and other departments across campus.
